Minimum Rental
4-hour minimum for weekend events (Friday-Sunday)
Insurance Requirement
Certificate of Insurance required naming Potrero Hill Neighborhood House as additional insured
Setup & Cleanup
Included in rental time. Space must be returned to original condition
Music & Entertainment
Live music and DJs permitted. Must end by 10 PM on weekdays, 11 PM on weekends
Catering
Outside caterers welcome. Prep kitchen available. Alcohol service permitted with proper insurance
Prohibited Items
No balloons, open flames (including candles), glitter, confetti, or fog machines
