This welcoming mat-based Pilates class is designed especially for people with back pain, mobility challenges, or anyone looking to move more comfortably in daily life. Instructor Honorine Parrish focuses on functional strength and flexibility through low-impact, adaptable movements.

What to Expect

The class focuses on foundational Pilates exercises, with plenty of modifications offered to suit your body's needs. You'll work on core strength, posture, and mindful movement in a supportive and friendly environment.
